For a single-family home, roughly three to five working days start to finish — power wash, prep and repairs, prime problem spots, then two coats. Bigger houses or heavy stucco repair run longer. You'll get a specific timeline before we start, not a range.
Yes. We start early to beat the heat and stop before the walls get too hot for the paint to level properly. The right coating and the right timing handles Arizona summer just fine — and honestly, our winters are so busy that summer is often the fastest time to get on the schedule.
Dunn-Edwards by default — we're a listed Dunn-Edwards contractor and their products handle AZ sun as well as anything on the market. If you have a preferred brand (Sherwin-Williams, Behr) we'll use what you want and give you the same workmanship standard.
For most Phoenix-area stucco, yes. Elastomeric bridges hairline cracks, breathes properly, and holds up to the sun for years longer than standard acrylic. We'll tell you honestly if your stucco is a good candidate or if a premium acrylic makes more sense for your specific home.

If any painter you're considering can't give you a license number, keep shopping. Unlicensed contractors can't legally take payments over $1,000 in Arizona, and if something goes wrong, you have no recourse.
Every job comes with a written workmanship warranty plus the paint manufacturer's product warranty. Exact terms depend on what's being painted and what coating we use — Mike will spell them out when we walk your project. If anything fails because of how we applied it, we come back and fix it. That's been the policy since 1995.
